For over two decades, Rock Solid Ministries has traveled across the US and Canada supporting local churches and preaching the Gospel. Now, we are planting our very first local campus right here in Corinth on Hwy 2.
We want to build something active, engaged, and deeply rooted in the Bible. Whether you are local and looking for a church home or simply want to follow along and pray for this new work from afar, we would love to connect with you.
Why “Battlefield”?
We aren’t here for a place you simply “attend”—we are here to engage. The name Battlefield honors both our local heritage and our spiritual mission. No veteran says they merely attended a war; they served, they fought, and they engaged. We want to be challenged, changed, and called upon by God to storm the gates for the liberation of the lost.
As for “Christian Church,” we hold no man-made denominational creeds: just Christ alone and the Bible as our guide.
Meet Evangelist Evan Strickland & Family
Evan, Kourtney, and Koraline
Leading this new work is Evangelist Evan Strickland, his wife Kourtney, and their daughter Koraline. Evan’s journey into ministry began in childhood through the encouragement of the Rock Solid team and the faithful discipleship of his father, Greg.
With years of ministry experience spanning Missouri, Mississippi, California, and Newfoundland, Canada, Evan’s greatest passions are preaching, discipleship, and church planting. When they aren’t working or studying the Word, the Stricklands love hiking together, playing music, gardening, and supporting Koraline in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
